You must indicate on the agenda request how you will be attending when presenting.

Agenda items are due close of business.

Be sure to submit an agenda request form in order to present at the meeting.  This can be submitted by either email, Docusign or interofficed to the Executive Assistant.

A digital format is preferred. 

IF YOU HAVE SOME TIME SENSITIVE ITEMS, AND NEED AN ITEM POLLED (meaning it cannot wait until the next scheduled RTC Meeting), YOU MUST STILL SUBMIT AN AGENDA REQUEST FORM WITH ALL THE PERTINENT INFORMATION AND JUSTIFICATION WHY THIS ITEM CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT SCHEDULED RTC MEETING.
