An update on possible pharmacy disruptions for members

We recently became aware that the release of our pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) files to vendors were missing some member data, which may cause disruption at the pharmacy for members. This has been escalated and should be resolved within the next day or so.

In the meantime, if you utilize either Prime or FutureScripts as your PBM, please contact your account manager and email BLenrollment@qccbluelink.com, so the affected member can be manually added back to the PBM system.

If you use an external PBM, we do not have access to add members back into the system, so please contact the PBM directly with any membership denials.
