The Applicant must be a Band member or a Bois Forte descendant, live in a household that includes one (1) or more persons who are Band members or Bois Forte descendants, or be a part-time or full-time employee of the Bois Forte Tribal Government or a Bois Forte enterprise. For purposes of eligibility, a “Bois Forte descendant” means a first- or second-generation lineal descendant of an enrolled member of Bois Forte.
