Diabetes Ogichidaa Challenge Starting today, Native Hearts Fitness Center would like to invite those interested to join the Diabetes Ogichidaa Challenge.

The goal of the club is to live Healthier life styles, prevent and help maintain diabetes. Together we can offer support and help choose healthier foods, get more exercise and making water our number 1 choice of drink. Members will be screened for their own benefits. Screening will consist of taking your weight, waist circumference measurements, blood glucose testing, and blood pressure. These listed can help determine of what you need to do to help benefit yourself to maintain and/or reduce all health-related risks. Exercises can be performed during breaks and after hours. For those interested we will be offering the spinning wheel or rolling the dice. For those wonder about the spinning wheel and the dice? It’s designed to have various exercises and its different each time. There will also be incentives drawings for the challenge. This effort will help the goal to reverse the cycle of diabetes for Indian people.
