    Production Date: October 16, 2014

The Native Foods Festival held in Nett Lake MN, in September 2014, was funded by the Minnesota Legacy, Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. The idea of the Native Foods Festival was to bring back some recipes, including the traditional foods used by the local people in and around the Nett Lake community. The Festival was named 'Nanaboozhoo Cafe' and had 11 cooks submitting 20 dishes feeding 48 hungry participants. Most of the recipes are posted for your enjoyment on the bottom of the corresponding pieces in this series.
