EAP income guidelines increase to 60% SMI
This A Spark includes the corrected fillable English EAP app with income guidelines updated to 60% SMI.
As a result of additional federal LIHEAP funding, Minnesota is increasing EAP income eligibility guidelines to help households with incomes between 50% and 60% of the State Median Income (SMI). This change goes into effect in eHEAT on Tuesday, March 14, at 6pm.
